All messengers must sign in 20 minutes and in the chat room indicate they are messengers to be counted by the clerk at the beginning of the program. 

Name and "messenger" will appear as your sign name.  For example, Michael Abagon - messenger 

Microphones of all participants will be muted unless requested by the moderator.
