Task: To feed 100 people during the OBN Annual Meeting

  • Delivery of food 530pm
  • Dinner at 6pm. 

Schedule:  
  • 5:00 pm - Place Set up
  • 5:30 pm - Food delivered
  • 6:00 pm - Dinner
  • 6:50 pm - Prepare for Program
  • 7:00 pm - Pack leftover foods and to be given out at the end of the program
  • 7:00 pm - Clean tables / return back things to order

Paper Goods and others: 
  • Drinks:  Coffee, Coffee Cups, Sugar, Cream 
  • Drinks: Water, Ice, Water Jug 
  • Spoons, Forks, Knives, Napkins, Plates
  • Trashbags
